One example is built for Kansas City, Missouri: Sworn Impact designed high-impact in-service training to support rapid hiring and FIFA World Cup prep—taking a major load off the training unit. The program delivered 5 hours of Missouri POST credit department-wide, with “fresh voices and new perspectives,” while still meeting state mandates (de-escalation, implicit bias, legal updates, and more) with “ZERO boring content.”
What that means for an agency: mandated topics get covered, your training unit gets breathing room, and officers get something worth showing up for.
2) Leadership development for the people shaping your culture
Another example is built for Miami Beach, Florida: a Leadership in Policing program for Field Training Officer (FTO) and Field Training Sergeant teams. This isn’t only for police agencies. Here’s an example built for Colorado’s 18th Judicial District (DAs): a Media Relations & Public Affairs session centered on open communication and partnership with law enforcement partners, tailored to DA needs and local/regional current events—delivered in a 4-hour format for maximum efficiency.
